ロケーションは街の中心。古い祭殿のような建物の中がホテルになっており、とても良い雰囲気でした。部屋は贅沢な感じではないが、気遣いが行き届いていました。なにより、スタッフの対応がすばらしかった。到着が午前になったにもかかわらず部屋はすでに準備が完了しており即案内してくれましたし、出発日に手荷物を預けた際も、担当の方は夕方勤務時間が過ぎていたにもかかわらず、取りに戻るまで待っていてくれました。お勧めです。

親切なスタッフに美味しい朝食。便利で清潔な部屋と完璧でした。

ひとつだけ残念なのは入口までにかなり階段を上がらないといけないこと。 スタッフが運んでくれましたが、重たい荷物の旅行者には向かないかもしれません。

スタッフが別の建物にいるので、頼みごとをするのに時間がかかった。 たまにお湯の出が悪いので、冬はつらいかも。。。

The helpfulness and charm of the staff especially Emma and Janni. The room was beautifully appointed and we appreciated the complimentary soft drinks mini bar, the beautiful fresh flowers in our room and the welcome bowl of summer berries that waited our arrival.We were robbed while we were in room on the metro.and Emma was extremely helpful in cancelling our credit cards and taking my husband to the police station to report the theft

Rather more steps to our room than we liked but we had been told there was no lut bift. Not easy to find as the taxi drivers don't seem to know it - beyond the door all was excellent.

V comfortable and stylish; v unusual setting; love breakfast in room; fab, attentive staff (tho as other reviewers have noted, one of them is not as good as the rest); free and well-stocked minibar and free fruit!

Quite tricky to find, esp at night because the entrance is just a door in an otherwise blank wall. Study maps, google etc carefully before arriving and take note of photo they send you to identify door (my friends had none of this info and got lost, cab driver didn't know the place). Also the ventilation system was quite noisy in our room

The room was very fashionably decorated, with a really lovely bathroom, and the owners were extremely pleasant and helpful, spending time to give us lots of information to help us plan our trip to its full potential. They obviously thought a lot about the planning of the hotel with high attention to detail which is why it is a shame that other areas let it down.

I believe the service of other staff was not up to scratch, for example when calling for breakfast and starting to request juice etc, my partner was met with a curt 'you will have the normal menu' although the owners stated nothing would be too much trouble to ask for - obviously we would not have requested anything outlandish, but to be met with this kind of response we did not feel was very good customer service. Also the mini bar was not replenished with snacks for the entirety of our stay, one day we had no milk either and the last day we asked for breakfast to be left in the room due to our early flight the next day and it was not. Also things like a dead flower in the room for 2 days I think are things which need not be looked over.

The best, most comfortable bed and facilities out of the 5 hotels we stayed. The staff was sooooo helpful and nice. Couldn't recommend more highly. If you have trouble finding, just remember that the hotel is literally in the back of that Moses Fountain. The entrance is a big wood door of the side of the fountain building.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My now fiancee and I stayed there for a romantic trip and it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the "red room" with the oversized shower/bathroom. Absolutely beautiful! Perfect place for him to pop the question!

The Moses Fountain was an exceptional hotel - we found the staff (when we saw them) friendly and helpful. The facilities were brilliant including a free mini bar which we did not expect and also on our last night a bottle of Red Wine and chocolates was left for us - what a treat!! We will definitely recommend to our friends and visit again!!!!

It wasn't made clear how to contact reception or how to get our breakfast - so we skipped it both days. This is not a complaint just a development point. We were so pleased with the hotel it really didn't matter.

The Hotel was located in a perfect position for walking to all attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful in all aspects of our stay and even provided us with a list of Restaurants to eat in, which were fantastic. The hotel itself lived up to our expectations, it is on quite a busy street but we were so tired at the end of each day so the traffic noise was not a problem for us. I would recommend this hotel and will definately be returning in the future.

The staff were extremely helpful and informative, the hotel was superb and the location was perfect for exploring the city. All in all this was one of the best holidays I have ever had. Truly can not rate the Moses Fountain Hotel highly enough or their staff. This is a small hotel that truly gives you a sense you are personally being looked after.

Good location, was able to walk to all major sights, restaurants & close to the Metro station. Friendly, informative & helpful staff. Comfortable, clean & well designed room, quite noisy due to location - over a busy main road & although very authentic next to a fountain the first night it was left running & the room & bed literally vibrated leaving us suffering from lack of sleep for the first day.Continental breakfast served on a tray in the room on request, can be taken on the terrace if weather permits. It was well presented & fresh. Enjoyed the privacy of the accommodation, no reception, we could come & go as we pleased, like staying in a serviced apartment with the convenience of having a member of staff at the end of the phone to assist with any request. Overall a great trip.

Would have liked some comfortable fluffy duvets to snuggle into after a long day walking around Rome.

The heartly welcome, the attention to detail and very high service level.

The hotel is well located and has large and well appointed rooms. You do however have to climb 70 steps to get to the rooms so if that is aproblem then don't go. Staff are friendly and speak good English and the owner is on hand at all times to assist and advise. A great stay in agreat location.

There was nothing we didn't like. Whilst we were there it was our 44th wedding anniversary and Andrea the owner left us a card and a gift, that's the sort of specila treatment you get there.

Location, location, location!! Modern amenities in good taste. Incredibly helpful, attentive and informative staff.
